Vicchi Nguyen

Director/ Co-owner

A car genius with 17 years of experience in the auto industry, Vic Nguyen is our head journeyman technician. Vic was with Stampede Toyota for over 12 years holding several roles in different departments from service to sales. At Venture Motorworks, he ensures that every technician is properly trained and every vehicle that comes through our doors is treated to the highest standards.

Shawn Gillespie

Director/ Co-owner

A car enthusiast and business professional, Shawn Gillespie is our finance and operations director. Shawn has 12 years of experience with global firms advising small and medium businesses across various industries and most recently working as the CFO of a large private company. At Venture Motorworks, he assures a seamless customer experience and a well-functioning working environment.
